Hill’s Kitchen

Lots of upcoming events and a group of very talented students to pull them off!  I’m really excited to have such a dynamic and enthusiastic group of students this term.  I’m always pleased with each group by the time they get to the advanced classes but this group brings quite an array of talents to the classroom!

Our first Board Dinner was scheduled at the same time as Tony Gross’s Food and Wine event last week and the guys pulled off the to separate venues very professionally.  The following images capture some of the great product as well as some of our new students!

I’d also like to ask you to stop by our new forum site for students and help us add to the rich content already posted!  We like the interaction that VBulletin offers and since we’re working with many local high schools as well, we thought this would be a great way to promote interaction between students and industry professionals.  Also, if you have an upcoming event this is a great place to let everyone know about it.  Our ACF Subchapter as well as the original ACF of Iowa Chapter in Des Moines bring more then 100 professionals and students together to promote education and I hope you’ll be willing to help us to continue the growth we’ve seen over the last few years!
