IHCC and Anthony Bourdain

Some of my students had the opportunity to see Anthony Bourdain live in Des Moines on the 5th of November! Congrats to Jon Ulrich and Adam Darland for securing backstage passes for pictures and a book signing! Definitely a night to remember for our culinary students!

I’ll be updating images from Iowa’s premier food and wine event on the 14th of November with our students, Andrew Zimmern and Duff Goldman soon, so stay tuned!
